Had a tight deadline to get a recognition plaque for an outgoing colleague and the first business I tried to engage flaked out.  Crossed my fingers and ordered from Same Day Awards on a Wednesday evening, 13 December.  Had a contact from Julie K with a proof for approval the next morning followed several quick email exchanges to finalize minor changes.  Paid for 2 day shipping but thought I wasn't going to get it until the 18th after the weekend (and the presentation event).  Received beautiful, well shipped package on Saturday 16th and was able to present during the planned ceremony.  Very happy with the service and will recommend.
