At Same Day Awards, we take pride in producing high-quality awards, trophies, plaques, medals, and recognition products. Because our products are custom engraved, personalized, or produced specifically for each order, products are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or were produced incorrectly by Same Day Awards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the approved artwork proof, engraving instructions, or product ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, Same Day Awards may:

• Replace the item at no additional charge
• Repair or correct the item when appropriate
• Issue a refund
• Provide a comparable replacement of equal value

Returns of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If we need the original product returned, Same Day Awards will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping when the return is due to a damaged or defective product or an error by Same Day Awards.

Custom & Personalized Products

Our products are made and personalized specifically for each customer and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other non-defective reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Engraved trophies and awards
• Engraved crystal, glass, and acrylic awards
• Personalized plaques
• Custom engraved medals
• Products customized with names, logos, artwork, dates, or personalized text

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, artwork, spelling, names, dates, logos, and engraving information before approving production.

Orders produced according to customer-approved artwork or proofs are not considered defective because of customer-approved errors.
